The Central Arkansas Rose Society (CARS), an affiliate of the American Rose Society, is composed of individuals who enjoy growing and exhibiting roses and sharing their experience and knowledge.  The purposes and objectives of the society are to encourage interest in and cultivation of the rose, to beautify this community and state by its use  and to spread the knowledge and love of the rose whenever and wherever possible.  CARS’ members have worked with the Faulkner County Master Gardeners to build and sponsor a rose garden within the Demonstration Garden  at the Legacy Garden at 110 Amity Road, Conway.  The rose garden features disease resistant and  Earthkind varieties of roses.  Come visit the garden this spring when the roses are in bloom.
